Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Plain-English version: pay once, get the source, use it on as many of your own projects as you want. Don't resell the boilerplate itself. 14-day refund window at my discretion if you haven't redistributed or abused the source.

What you get
Access to the vja-start GitHub repository, including source code, documentation, and AI rules. After payment, an automated invitation goes to the GitHub username you provided at checkout, granting read-only collaborator access. You accept the invite on github.com to clone the repository and pull future updates. You also get future updates for as long as I keep shipping them, with no extra fee.
License
Per-developer seat. The licensed seat is the GitHub account you provide at checkout (or, later, the GitHub account you authenticate with on the site). Repository access is granted to that account only. You can use vja-start on unlimited projects, including paid client work and your own commercial products. You can modify it, ship it as part of a larger product, and keep it private. You cannot resell vja-start as a boilerplate, redistribute the source publicly, share repository access with people outside your seat, or use the rules and patterns to build a product that competes directly with vja-start. You may not use the source code, in whole or in part, as training data for machine-learning models. The seat is non-transferable. Once a purchase is linked to a GitHub account, it stays on that account; I do not move purchases between accounts.
Payment
One-time payment, processed by the payment provider listed at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and may include VAT depending on your country.
Refunds
Refunds available within 14 days of purchase, at my discretion. Email me with what didn't work. On refund I revoke repository access. Refunds may be denied if the source has been redistributed, shipped in client or commercial work, or otherwise used in a way that breaches the license. EU consumers keep their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014); this discretionary policy is on top of those rights, not a replacement.
Business buyers
If you buy with a company VAT/CUI number, you are not a consumer under EU law and the consumer-specific rights above do not apply. The contract is between your company and EVERINIT SRL.
Updates
I push updates to the repository whenever new patterns, fixes, or content are ready. You pull them on your own schedule. There is no obligation on my side to ship updates at a specific cadence.
Support
Issue tracker on GitHub for bugs and questions about the codebase. For paid 1-on-1 help or consultation, see the pricing page on the site. Free email support is best-effort.
Acceptable use
Don't share repository access with people outside your team. Don't redistribute the source publicly. Don't use the product for anything illegal.
Liability
vja-start is provided as-is. I do my best to ship a product that works, but I can't guarantee it fits every project. To the maximum extent allowed by law, my liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.
Termination
If you breach these terms (e.g., redistribute the source publicly), I can revoke your repository access. The license to versions you already pulled stays valid for your own use.
Changes to these terms
If I change anything material, I update the date at the top and post a note. Your existing license is governed by the version active when you bought the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute that we can't settle by email goes to a court in my place of business.
